The MYNM Learning Academy has further solidified its partnership with Blanchard, a global authority in leadership development, by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding to officially launch the Emerging Leaders Program, our new integrated development journey designed to cultivate the next generation of MYNM leaders.
Through this partnership, the MYNM Academy will continue to benefit from the suite of globally recognized Blanchard methodologies that build leadership effectiveness, enhance team performance, and support the advancement of young talent in alignment with our strategic direction and the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030. Since the beginning of this partnership back in 2023 the MYNM Academy has conducted 35 learning sessions on the Blanchard leadership model with a total number of 467 learners.
Program implementation will also continue to be delivered in collaboration with Milestones, Blanchard’s Authorized Local Partner, starting in early 2026.
